- Deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons at GCSE and/or A Level in line with the school's curriculum standards
- Incorporate innovative and inquiry-driven teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and performance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources, share best practices, and support curriculum continuity
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes integrity, empathy, and fortitude
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, ensuring teaching methods meet individual learning needs
- Engage in the school's extracurricular programme and community-based events to enrich student experiences
- Participate in professional development programs to remain at the forefront of global educational best practices
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student progress and development
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related subject with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Proven experience teaching Business at GCSE and/or A Level, preferably in a British curriculum school
