- Supervise and coordinate health and safety activities across the facility
- Prepare and maintain safety checklists and ensure compliance at all times
- Monitor and enforce the use of PPE for all staff
- Conduct daily facility inspections and identify risks or hazards
- Report incidents of indiscipline or unsafe practices to management
- Organize and deliver safety inductions and awareness training sessions
- Record and manage incident and accident reports
- Inspect, maintain, and arrange periodic checks for safety equipment and tools
- Oversee and replenish first aid kits, and provide first aid when necessary
- Lead emergency evacuation drills and ensure exit routes remain accessible
- Monitor high-risk activities and ensure safe practices are followed
- Implement waste management and workplace hygiene systems
- Bachelor's degree with NEBOSH or IOSH certification
- Minimum of mid-level professional experience in health and safety
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage discipline and team coordination effectively
- Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- Skilled in MS Office with strong reporting and documentation abilities
