Head, Brand & Corporate Communications

• Lead Brand and Corporate Communications for the bank globally.
• Deliver on agreed targets and KPIs for the brand and communications.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications for necessary support in the development and execution of the Bank’s brand and communication strategy.
• This includes PR, employee communication and close collaboration with the various bank wide stakeholders including members of the EXCO team and other business and support functions.
• Knowledge Management for crucial organisation-wide communication, including, but not limited to process ownership, formulation and corporate communication, executive leadership content (internal and external speeches) and external interface for brand communications, awards, and external storytelling
