- Develop and execute integrated global communications and PR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and manage appointed PR agencies to ensure brand alignment and performance
- Build strong media relationships across luxury, travel, and lifestyle sectors for optimal brand exposure
- Utilize analytics tools such as Launch Metrics to track media coverage, influencer performance, and campaign ROI
- Serve as a central liaison between global and property-level PR teams, ensuring unified storytelling
- Drive global influencer initiatives and strengthen brand presence through strategic award submissions
- Provide leadership to team members, fostering creativity and innovation while maintaining crisis communication readiness
- Bachelor's degree in PR, Journalism, Marketing, or similar
- Proven expertise in luxury brand communications, preferably within hospitality
- Experience working in-house and agency-side
- Strong media network and demonstrated success in executing impactful PR campaigns
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
