8+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition within large, complex organisations in the UAE
Established experience leading a recruitment team or function
Proven ability to build efficient processes
Strong stakeholder relationship skills
Highly customer-focused approach
Experience with recruitment tech and data
Comfortable in dynamic, start-up settings
