  • Drive recruitment strategy for mid to senior-level roles across retail, operations, e-commerce, and HQ departments
  • Partner with HRBPs and leadership to align hiring with workforce planning and growth objectives
  • Proactively manage hiring pipelines to meet business deadlines and budget targets
Advanced Sourcing & Executive Search
  • Deploy headhunting, passive sourcing, and talent mapping to engage high-caliber candidates
  • Manage job portals, digital sourcing platforms, and external vendors to build candidate pipelines
  • Evaluate sourcing channels to ensure quality-of-hire and cost-effectiveness
Onboarding & Integration
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding including offer rollouts, documentation, and background checks
  • Partner with HR and L&D teams to enhance induction experiences aligned with brand culture
  • Monitor early engagement metrics and reduce first 90-day attrition
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure integrity of hiring data through ATS and HR systems
  • Track KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source conversion across roles and regions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal SOPs, and audit requirements
Employer Branding & Special Projects
  • Lead recruitment marketing efforts through digital campaigns, events, and university collaborations
  • Drive key talent projects like referral programs, internal mobility frameworks, and hiring automation
  • Support process innovation and system upgrades to improve recruiter efficiency
Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills
  • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
  • Proven track record in executive search, hiring strategy, and employer branding
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
