Oversee smooth store operations during the Store Manager's absence, ensuring minimal disruption to business.
Ensure compliance with company policies to reduce stock loss and maintain operational excellence.
Coordinate with the excellence and compliance team for timely and accurate stock counts.Ideal Profile
Diploma or High School Certificate; a qualification in retail management is an advantage.
4-5 years of retail industry experience with proven leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
