- Lead the store team in delivering superior customer service, ensuring brand standards and customer expectations are consistently met.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs, identifying opportunities to boost revenue.
- Collaborate with Buying, Planning, and Marketing teams to maximize sales potential and promotional effectiveness.
- Manage store operations during the Store Manager's absence, resolving issues quickly to maintain seamless business performance.
- Implement sales promotions, events, and brand activities, ensuring clear communication with support teams.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies to reduce stock loss, damage, and operational risks.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to enhance customer experience and business strategies.
- Diploma or High School Certificate; a qualification in retail management is an advantage.
- 4-5 years' retail industry experience, with proven leadership skills.
- Strong management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
