- Lead and evolve the talent acquisition function across business verticals.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape workforce planning and talent pipelines.
- Manage employer branding initiatives and digital sourcing strategies.
- Drive a data-driven, high-performance hiring culture.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across the group.
- Design and implement scalable TA strategies aligned with future growth.
- Build strong relationships with business heads and HRBPs to anticipate needs.
- Optimize sourcing channels, tools, and vendor relationships.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing TA team.
- 8 to 10+ years of solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably in large groups or government entities.
- Proven leadership in building scalable TA systems and teams.
- Strong knowledge of UAE/local hiring laws and talent market.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence.
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment tech, and diversity hiring is a plus.
