- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business needs.
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve KPIs and career development goals.
- Manage recruitment for UAE national and expatriate roles, including senior-level positions.
- Oversee bulk hiring projects, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Champion process automation and optimize ATS for efficiency and compliance.
- Introduce innovative sourcing channels such as social media, career fairs, and university partnerships.
- Design and implement employer branding strategies to strengthen DP World's market presence.
- Manage recruitment budget for the GCC region, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Generate recruitment status reports and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads on manpower planning.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, policies, and contractual requirements.
- Support internal projects including promotions, transfers, and title changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR or talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in senior-level recruitment and bulk hiring projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing recruitment teams.
- Advanced knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws, recruitment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in budget management.
