- Manage relationships with retail, wholesale, and eCommerce clients
- Drive sales performance across assigned accounts
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and operations for smooth order fulfillment
- Negotiate pricing, product placement, and promotional activities
- Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and business development opportunities
- 35 years of proven experience in FMCG sales and account management in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce business models and client handling is essential
- Experience working with key retailers, distributors, or platforms in the region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
- Language: English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus
