- Provide learning support for students with special educational needs in both classroom and one-to-one settings
- Assist teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet the needs of individual learners
- Collect, record, and analyze data on student progress to inform teaching strategies
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Support extracurricular and school community initiatives where required
- Uphold safeguarding policies and promote student well-being at all times
- Bachelor of Education or equivalent qualification
- Qualified or certified teacher with specialization in Special Educational Needs preferred
- Strong knowledge of current educational practices and research in SEN
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to use data and assessments to support student learning and progress
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to supporting inclusive education
- Previous experience in a similar role within international schools is an advantage
