  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in project management within FM, construction, or MEP industry.
  • PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software (Primavera/MS Project).
  • In-depth knowledge of safety standards and local building regulations.
