- Monitoring the structural works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
- Reviewing, approving and processing all structural technical submittals.
- Answering RFIs related to Structure and Architecture.
- Assist in supervising the work of all structural activities and operations, maintaining progress records and reporting.
- Reviewing contractor’s structural change order proposals and preparing recommendations to Structural PM.
- Liaison with the necessary sub consultants.
- Reviewing contractor’s claims related to structural works and preparing recommendations for claims.
- Reviewing the contractor’s project record documents relevant to their discipline.
- Assisting with the inspection of completed works and monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the structural works.
- Signing off on completed structural works with completed documentation and maintaining the required record.
- Perform all other duties given by Senior Structural Engineer
- Minimum Ten (10) years’ experience in Structural engineering with reputable international consultants and or with five (5) years in the Middle East.
- Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Understanding of engineering principles, structural analysis, design concepts, and other Structural and building process.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent HSE knowledge and awareness.
- Excellent local Authority knowledge and experience.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office business solutions (Excel, Word, Project), Structural
