- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marble, granite, and tile works for assigned projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and site teams to ensure all specifications and project requirements are met.
- Supervise project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to maintain quality, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Manage procurement, logistics, and quality control for all stone and tile materials.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with safety, design, and quality standards.
- Monitor and control project schedules, resolving technical and site-related issues promptly.
- Prepare progress reports and attend management and client meetings.
- Ensure all work meets local codes, industry standards, and contractual commitments.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marble, granite, and tile works, with at least 5 years in a project management role in the UAE.
- Strong track record of managing large-scale stone and tile packages from concept to completion.
- Proficient in reviewing and approving shop drawings and technical submittals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously under strict timelines.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
