Should be able to own the full cycle from prospecting to signed contracts and handover to delivery.5-7 years ProAV/immersive solution sales; wins of AED 200k– 1 m monthly.
Experience with agencies, tenders, and multi‑site rollouts in GCC/MENA
Capable of consultative selling, forecasting discipline, and partner enablement/distribution channel development.
Strong English and good comm skills. Arabic is a plus
Carry B2B and B2C sales in AV / experiential / digital signage / display or adjacent immersive tech (XR, projection mapping, media facades).
Deals with multi stakeholder, multi‑site, and involving hardware + content/services.
Track record selling via systems integrators and creative/experiential agencies in GCC/MENA.
Demonstrated ability to run live demos/POCs and sell value under challenging situations.
Has a good network on linked and we need to see its visibility esp numbers.
AVIXA CTS certification; PMP or Prince2 exposure for delivery alignment. (a plus)
Familiarity with Unity/Unreal content workflows, 3D asset pipelines, or CAD/BIM reading.
