The role holder is responsible for generating and forming a client portfolio through new business generation, solely responsible to identify opportunities through various channels, build a business relationship and execute sales in line with organizational objectives.SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities: * Generate business through personal networks, networking events, market intelligence, cold calling & referrals.
Coordinates with the internal and external stakeholders to develop a shared approach of all services that the organization provides to its clients/Customers.
Achieve monthly sales target.
Ensures high quality of client servicing and retention of insurance contracts with customers to maintain professional and loyal relationship.
Focuses on competitor, economic and industry developments to be able to identify new opportunities.
SECTION III: KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSEducational and Technical Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Postgraduate/Diploma
Language Skills:· Expert level of proficiency in English language· Basic level of proficiency in Arabic language is preferredNature of Experience:
7 - 15 years’ experience from Insurance industry with a portfolio of 20+ Million yearly in Direct General Insurance sales (Non-Motor, Medical & Motor).
Proven ability in sales, relationship management, strong customer service orientation, organizing workload under pressure and excellent communication skills.
