The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing first-line support across hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, customer service, and continuous improvement. This individual will champion our core values of flexibility, quality, knowledge, and teamwork.Duties and KPIs:Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any interruptions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Document and track IT support requests and resolutions for future reference.
System Maintenance & Configuration:
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Maintain and update internal IT systems, backups, and security protocols.
  • Support the team with email setups, software installations, and system access.
Vendor & Compliance Management:
  • Coordinate with external vendors for equipment servicing or software upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards

UAEClient location: International and National customer base but the majority are based in and around London.Day to day Communication: Clients, Service & PMO TeamsTravel From a day-to-day perspective, this role will require you to commute only to/from our Dubai office where the role will be Situated Additionally, you may be required to travel as and when necessary to: - To clients across DubaiCompany Benefits:
