Job Type: Full TimeWhat You'll Do
- Conduct land and field surveys, including geodetic calculations and topographic data collection
- Interface with clients and contractors to verify project survey requirements and specifications
- Perform setting-out and level checks to ensure construction alignment accuracy
- Document and maintain field records including sketches, calculations, and field notes
- Use total stations, GPS equipment, and data collectors for accurate surveying
- Participate in safety procedures and enforce compliance on-site
- Assist in creating and updating as-built drawings
- Monitor service locations and ensure utilities are protected during construction
- Support the Resident Engineer and contribute to project reporting as needed
- Ensure surveying activities are completed within project timelines and budgets
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in land surveying for roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects
- Proficient in CAD software, survey tools, GPS equipment, and total stations
- Familiar with Dubai Municipality standards and holds valid DM Survey Approval
- Strong understanding of construction sequences and field operations
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to health and safety in all site activities
