- Conduct land and field surveys, geodetic calculations, and setting-out works for roads, bridges, and utilities
- Verify project survey requirements with clients and contractors, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Perform level checks, service location verification, and ensure service protection during construction
- Prepare survey sketches, maintain field books, calculations, and survey records
- Support the preparation of as-built drawings and quantity measurement for completed works
- Ensure survey work is delivered on schedule and within man-hour and cost budgets
- Adhere to site safety standards and actively participate in health and safety programs
- Provide technical input and coordination with engineers, inspectors, and construction teams
- Carry out additional responsibilities related to surveying as required by the Resident Engineer
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or related discipline
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in surveying for roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, survey software, GPS equipment, total station, and data collectors
- Must hold Dubai Municipality Survey Approval
- Familiarity with construction sequencing, standard procedures, and quality assurance in infrastructure projects
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to report clearly and logically
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork on construction sites
