Take ownership of customer concerns, resolving them efficiently and professionally.
Coach and mentor store teams to enhance product knowledge and retail skills.
Drive sales performance, meeting KPIs including net sales, conversion rates, stock turn, and shrinkage targets.
Review stock levels, monitor product performance, and develop action plans for slow-moving items.
Provide analytical feedback to operations, buying, and planning teams on products, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure store visual merchandising meets brand standards and that the team understands VM principles.
Oversee compliance with company policies, including security, personnel management, sales, and record keeping.Ideal Profile
High school certificate or equivalent; advanced retail management qualifications are an advantage.
6-9 years of retail industry experience with a strong record in sales growth and operational leadership.
Proven ability to maximize business performance and meet KPIs.
