- Uphold loss prevention and safety procedures
- Ensure staff awareness around security measures related to inventory and cash
- Maintain confidentiality of store and staff data
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role
- Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of exceeding store KPIs and sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in retail management, business, or related field preferred
