Warehouse Assistant Manager

• Manage warehouse operations focused on spare parts for gensets, cranes, trailers, and heavy vehicles
• Supervise daily activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching spare parts
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labelling of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical parts
• Monitor stock levels; conduct cycle counts and stock reconciliations
• Coordinate with procurement, workshop, and operations for parts availability and timely delivery
• Plan inventory and shift activities to prevent operational downtime
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics of spare parts
• Conduct weekly branch visits across the UAE to standardize storekeeping
• Maintain accuracy in WMS/ERP systems for spare parts
• Support training and development of warehouse staff in parts cataloguing and identification
• Prepare operational reports for the Warehouse Manager
• Improve warehouse layout, space use, and equipment efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and ISO standards

• In-depth knowledge of warehouse & spare parts inventory (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)
• ERP experience (Oracle NetSuite or similar)
• Strong leadership and team management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with ISO, HSE, and warehouse safety standards
• Proficient in MS Office
