• Exhibits proven experience with security system technologies such as CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA, IEC, local codes) for ELV security installations.
• Proficient in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera And other relevant tools for planning and tracking projects.
• Exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a knack for identifying and resolving technical challenges.
