- Cultivate and expand relationships with key accounts in the ELV Systems sector (Security / ICT & Audio Visual systems), focusing on long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, understanding their evolving needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop and present compelling proposals and quotations, demonstrating a deep understanding of ELV system technologies and market trends.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining profitability.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation.
- Technical knowledge about Security , ICT & Av Systems
- Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, specifically within the Security, ICT, or Audio Visual ELV systems industry.
- Exhibits a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Displays a strong understanding of ELV system design, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Exhibits strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of identifying and addressing customer needs.
- Demonstrates fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, other language skills are a plus.
- Must posses a valid UAR Driving license
