- Lead carpentry projects from interpretation of technical drawings to the final product.
- Operate and maintain the SICAR C-400 combined woodworking machine (sawing, planning, spindle molder, mortising, thicknessing, etc.).
- Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair wooden structures, fixtures, and furniture components.
- Ensures accurate measurements, cuts, and finishes according to client specifications and quality standards.
- Diagnosing and troubleshoot issues with woodworking machinery and tools, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Train and guide junior carpenters on advanced techniques and machine handling.
- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of carpentry tools and machinery.
- Monitor inventory of materials and request supplies when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety standards in workshop operations.
- Collaborate with delivery team, QC team to improve product outcomes and processes.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Skilled in measuring, cutting, and assembling with high precision.
- Mechanical aptitude to handle machine adjustments and basic maintenance.
- Leadership skills with experience in mentoring or supervising a team.
