Job Description:Warehouse Operations:Supervise day-to-day operations in the furniture department, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Supply Chain Systems:Extract and analyze reports on a day to day basis.Utilize supply chain portals and warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor and manage inventory.
Provide training and support to staff for effective system usage.
Technology Integration:Identify and implement technological advancements to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Analyze data and generate insights for performance improvement.
Innovative Problem-Solving:Apply design thinking principles to develop creative solutions for operational challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new workflows and processes.
Distribution and Logistics:Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of furniture products.
Monitor and manage shipping schedules to meet customer expectations.
Team Leadership:Manage and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring high productivity and compliance with safety standards.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Compliance and Reporting:Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in furniture or a similar industry.
  • Age below 35 Only
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and team building skills
  • Preferred: Power Query, Power BI, Python, & SAS
  • Ability to Negotiate well
  • Ability to think logically and creatively
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Must: MS Office, Advanced Excel, proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates and inventory software.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau for visual analytics.
