- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Manage the visa process for employees, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with government authorities for labor cards, immigration matters, and other PRO-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all employee documentation.
- Provide support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with specific experience in PRO duties in the UAE.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
