- Developing and maintaining vendor relationships to support AVI-SPLs business strategy
- Developing and enhancing Partner Programs both existing and new to maximise profitable growth
- Responsibility for managing, tracking, and reporting the performance of partner programs
- Identify, negotiate, and implement new agreements supported by the Procurement Director
- Support and promote partner-based business incentives to maximize profitable opportunities
- Identify opportunities for new partnerships; to build and strengthen an appropriate portfolio
- Build strong working relationships and maintain great communication with internal stakeholders
- Analyse historic spend and provide accurate spend forecasting and pipeline
- Effectively manage vendor portfolio tools
- Excellent communication and ability to build and develop business relationships at a strategic level
- Previous experience at a managerial position in Channel/Partner/Product role
- Demonstrable success with vendor performance management
- Ability to work at pace, and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Experience in problem management and vendor escalation
- Proactive, driven, with a positive work attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Experience in a global and/or complex matrix business environment is desirable
