- Engage in research and publish findings to advance neurosurgical knowledge globally.
- Medical degree with UK CCT in Neurosurgery or equivalent Western qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years as a Consultant Neurosurgeon in a recognized healthcare facility.
- Mastery of cranial and spinal surgical techniques with proven success in complex cases.
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
