- Provide specialist consultations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with neurosurgical and cranial disorders
- Perform advanced surgical interventions, including brain and spinal surgeries, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in line with current clinical guidelines
- Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring a seamless patient experience
- Collaborate with consultants, specialists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Lead and contribute to research, scholarly publications, and innovation in neurosurgical practice
- Mentor residents, fellows, and medical students in clinical training programs
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Medical degree from a recognized institution with specialization in neurosurgery
- Completed specialty training in neurosurgery/cranial in the UK with a valid CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training)
- At least 5 years' experience as a Consultant Neurosurgeon in a reputable institution
- Proficiency in advanced neurosurgical procedures and cranial interventions
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
