Relationship Manager

• One of the pioneers and leaders in their specialized industry. Recently was awarded for excellence in online trading services and recognized for its innovation in multi-asset trading platforms and customer support.
• Established over 5 years ago with almost 150+ team members globally. Offices across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. HQ is in Dubai, UAE.

• After a very successful 2024, looking for new Relationship Manager to join their team in the UAE.
• Leverage existing network to introduce mid to high net worth individuals to company’s trading and investment offerings
• Build long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored support and insights
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning them with appropriate trading solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and client expectations
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and private client meetings

• Strong personal network of high-value clients or investors, ideally in the trading, investment, or wealth management space
• Background in financial services, payments, or online trading would be a big plus
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with affluent or sophisticated clients
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the UAE or other financial hubs
• Experience with CRM tools, client onboarding systems, and KYC/AML processes.
• Fluent in English
