Lead engineering teams in designing scalable product using Java, Spring, React js. & React Native in an Agile environment.
Serve as Scrum Master: facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, coach Agile practices
Manage full-stack development (Java Enterprise, React JS, SQL)
Drive technical strategy and team mentorship
Ensure delivery excellence and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

5+ years software development experience
3+ years engineering lead
Strong: Java Enterprise Edition, SQL, Spring Framework, React JS
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
5+ years implementing Agile methodologies
FinTech/banking domain experience
Experience with insurance, payment systems, or financial services
