- Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects including conceptual design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Provide technical input into proposals, materials specifications, and contract tendering processes.
- Oversee Project Management Consultants (PMCs) to ensure effective site supervision, safety, and administration.
- Develop and implement strategies for major development projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and safety requirements.
- Lead multi-discipline project teams and liaise with finance, commercial, and production departments to align project objectives.
- Establish and enforce project execution strategies, work programs, technical standards, and HSE compliance.
- Manage contracts, budgets, variation orders, and project costs while ensuring updates to approved plans.
- Supervise shutdown planning, start-up coordination, and acceptance of completed works by end users.
- Prepare regular project progress reports covering engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
- Set quality standards and ensure corrective actions are implemented to address deviations.
- Participate in corporate committees, lead project-related discussions, and contribute expertise on large-scale development planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 12 years' experience in project engineering and execution in oil and gas projects, with at least 5 years leading multi-disciplined teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, contracts, cost control, and HSE standards.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Proven ability to manage multinational contractors, consultants, and large budgets.
