Job Type: Full TimeKey Responsibilities
  • Ensure full compliance with ADNOC well integrity standards during operations.
  • Monitor and analyze well parameters against safe operating envelopes; identify high-risk wells and recommend corrective measures.
  • Maintain a risk register for high-risk wells in WIDA or relevant systems.
  • Investigate wells with sustained annulus pressure and present findings to SAP Committee for remedial actions.
  • Design and plan integrity-related activities, including barrier evaluation tests, corrosion detection, leak testing, mothballing, and troubleshooting.
  • Calculate and update Maximum Allowable Annulus Surface Pressure (MAASP) for all wells in ADNOC systems.
  • Conduct detailed investigations of integrity incidents, including root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support well integrity studies, trials, and deployment of new technologies.
  • Maintain and update the well integrity database and prepare regular performance and compliance reports.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of integrity-related activities.
Generic Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train assigned staff on well integrity standards and practices.
  • Contribute to departmental budgeting and ensure cost-effective implementation of plans.
  • Ensure strict adherence to ADNOC's HSE policies and sustainability guidelines.
  • Promote continuous improvement by implementing new tools and techniques to optimize well integrity management.
  • Prepare periodic MIS reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in well intervention or well services roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of well integrity standards, WIMS systems, and SAP processes.
  • Hands-on experience in barrier verification, corrosion control, and well troubleshooting.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in well integrity management software and tools.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines including drilling, development, and contractors.
Preferred Certifications
  • IWCF or equivalent well control certification.
  • Additional integrity-related certifications are advantageous.
