- Identify inefficiencies, duplication, or misalignment.
- Benchmark against internal and external best practices.
- Recommend enhancements to improve value chain performance and alignment.
- Integrate value chain outputs into the broader operating model.
- Assess the current operating model across departments and functions.
- Design future-state models aligned with strategic priorities and mandates.
- Develop frameworks for roles, governance, and interdepartmental workflows.
- Recommend enhancements to improve cross-functional alignment and accountability.
- Support change impact assessments and implementation planning.
- Design/redesign org structures aligned with strategic goals and national mandates.
- Define roles, reporting lines, and structural boundaries.
- Develop structural scenarios and workforce distribution models to support leadership decisions.
- Analyze current FTE capacity, skillsets, and deployment effectiveness.
- Build workforce planning models linking roles and talent needs to strategic goals.
- Forecast future workforce needs based on growth and demand outlook.
- Conduct job analysis and develop accurate, standardized job descriptions aligned with structure, recruitment, and performance frameworks.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Analyze current FTE capacity, skillsets, and deployment effectiveness.
