- Perform high-quality carpentry work in the luxury resort, including construction, installation, and maintenance of wooden structures
- Collaborate with various teams to produce bespoke carpentry solutions for guest rooms, amenities, and common areas
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications
- Install and repair wooden fixtures, such as doors, window frames, and decorative elements
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe and good working condition
- Follow established safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a focus on high-end hospitality or luxury project
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal carpentry training or certification is preferred
- Strong competency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good physical fitness for manual labor and lifting heavy materials
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary
