MIS Analyst

• Experience in IT with previous experience in Banking or Finance Industry.
• Acts as the first level of contact to the IT department, logs call from users and escalates all IT services related incidents.
• Performs any sort of MIS, reports and data analytics as and when required
• Provides technical expertise in IT related support.
• Responds to all cases and queries are logged through the Helpdesk as per the prescribed procedures in place.
