- Develop strategic HR documents that align with organizational goals and provide advisory input to HR leaders
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to inform HR policy and capability planning
- Translate insights into executive-level presentations for EXCO, HR leadership, and Board stakeholders
- Review and align strategic plans across HRBPs, CoEs, and shared services for cohesion and prioritization
- Lead data analysis, dashboarding, and performance tracking for HR initiatives
- Support HR program governance and ensure accountability through structured reviews
- Provide communication support for strategic HR messaging and stakeholder engagement
- 5-8 years of experience in HR Strategy, Corporate Strategy, or People Advisory roles
- Deep understanding of HR functions including Talent, Performance, Rewards, Learning, and Workforce Planning
- Skilled in strategy development, data storytelling, and executive communications
- Strong knowledge of external benchmarking, HR technology, and analytics platforms
- Exceptional ability to synthesize insights and connect functional priorities with business outcomes
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders across different units
