We are seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Officer to join our client's team. This position is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in HR operations and talent acquisition within EPC and HSE-focused environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end HR functions, including policy implementation, compliance, and employee relationsDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to source top talent for EPC and related technical rolesEnsure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulationsOversee visa processing, work permits, and other employment-related documentationCollaborate with management to design talent acquisition plans that align with business goalsMaintain employee records and ensure accurate HR reportingSupport organizational development and retention initiativesRequirementsMinimum 8 years of HR and recruitment experience in EPC, Construction, or Oil & Gas industryStrong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practicesProven experience in handling recruitment for technical and project-based rolesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
