With a new office opening in the UAE, we’re seeking a visionary CTO to lead our technology strategy and drive innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.As CTO, you will shape the technological future of our platform, overseeing the development of scalable, user-centric solutions. You’ll lead a talented team, drive product innovation, and ensure our technology aligns with our mission to empower millions of users. This role is based in our new UAE office.Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the technology strategy for our digital platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Lead the development of innovative products, leveraging hands-on technical expertise and a product-driven mindset.
Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team in the UAE, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals, delivering seamless user experiences.
Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating cutting-edge technologies like AI, machine learning, and cloud solutions.
Ensure robust system architecture to support rapid growth and regional expansion.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Technical Leadership: 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP of Engineering) at a tech-driven company.
Hands-On Expertise: Strong background in building scalable platforms, with proficiency in modern tech stacks (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, cloud infrastructure, microservices).
Product Mindset: Experience driving product development, with a focus on user-centric design and innovation.
Global Perspective: Ability to navigate diverse markets, with experience in scaling tech solutions across regions.
Leadership Skills: Track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams in dynamic environments.
Cultural Fit: Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and passionate about creating impactful technology solutions.
