The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a professional first impression for visitors while also managing various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Maintain the reception area to reflect a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, document filing, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary
- Assist various departments with clerical duties to ensure smooth internal operations
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or administrative role (real estate experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and a customer-oriented mindset
