Key One Realty Group is currently seeking a motivated and well-organized Receptionist/Admin to join their vibrant team in Dubai. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for individuals who have prior front-desk or administrative support experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a professional first impression for visitors while also managing various administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Maintain the reception area to reflect a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, document filing, and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary
  • Assist various departments with clerical duties to ensure smooth internal operations
Candidate Profile:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a receptionist or administrative role (real estate experience preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and a customer-oriented mindset
