- Oversee inventory control, conduct regular stock checks, and manage replenishment processes.
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies for optimal product display and sales.
- Manage store budget, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to sustain profitability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in retail management, preferably within a luxury or high-volume environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
