- Train and guide users on IT procedures and processes
- Perform backups and support data recovery operations when required
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company policies
- Assist in large-scale IT projects and infrastructure upgrades
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Proficiency with Active Directory and network protocols
