Dubai, United Arab EmiratesWe are seeking an experienced Equity Analyst to join a leading independent European financial services group, renowned for its expertise in equities, fixed income, FX, and economic research, with a strong presence in emerging markets. The successful candidate will be confident leading research projects independently, providing actionable investment insights, and supporting the investment strategy across multiple sectors. This is a highly visible role, offering exposure to institutional clients and the opportunity to influence investment decisions in a fast-growing regional hub.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth equity research across assigned sectors or geographies.
- Lead investment projects independently, from idea generation to final recommendation.
- Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, and market reports to support investment decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to the investment committee and clients.
- Collaborate with the wider team and European headquarters to leverage global research and insights.
- Monitor market trends, company performance, and emerging opportunities in developed and emerging markets.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or asset management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead research projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Knowledge of emerging markets equities highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
