Support senior team members in the execution of project finance transactions, including structuring, negotiations, and due diligence
Prepare and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate financing options, project returns, and sensitivities
Draft internal presentations and investment committee materials
Conduct research on market developments, sector trends, and financing instruments relevant to renewable energy projects
Liaise with lenders, advisors, and counterparties to support lenders due diligence and transaction execution
Participate in meetings with DFIs, commercial banks, ECAs, and other financing institutions alongside senior team members
Who we are looking for
Experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure finance
Exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure projects preferred
Experience in emerging markets desirable but not required
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Law or similar field
