- Operate heavy equipment safely to meet yard and departmental requirements
- Complete assigned tasks within set timeframes and man-hour targets
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment before operation and prepare checklists
- Report damages, unsafe conditions, or incidents to Foreman or Supervisor promptly
- Perform safe loading, unloading, cleaning, and material handling using buckets and other attachments
- Follow instructions provided by foremen and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain safe work practices to avoid injury, damage to property, or environmental harm
- Assist in other operational duties as assigned to ensure continuity of work
- Experience operating heavy equipment in logistics, ports, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of safe operating procedures and equipment handling practices
- Ability to carry out routine inspections and maintain equipment in good condition
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor operational settings
- Safety-conscious mindset with commitment to environmental and workplace safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Previous port or terminal operations experience is an advantage
