- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency, adhering to service quality standards
- Resolve customer complaints within defined authority limits or escalate when necessary
- Provide accurate product and service information to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and recommend FAB products or services accordingly
- Record and update customer interactions, requests, and complaints accurately in the system
- Maintain data confidentiality and comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Support sales initiatives by generating leads and upselling FAB offerings during customer interactions
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules and provide support during high-demand periods
- Participate in team meetings and tasks assigned by supervisors to support departmental goals
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 0-2 years of experience in banking or call center customer service roles
- Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
- Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and handling confidential data
- Must hold a valid UAE National family book (mandatory)
