- Design and implement a comprehensive programme to strengthen governance and long-term resilience in family businesses.
- Lead thought leadership efforts through research, reports, and events, addressing succession planning, ethics, and sustainability challenges.
- Build strategic partnerships and secure funding, driving business development and revenue generation.
- Organize high-impact events, such as workshops, convenings, and capacity-building sessions for family firms and next-gen leaders.
- Monitor programme impact through KPIs, data analysis, and reporting, while continuously improving initiatives.
- Mentor and guide a small team, fostering innovation and collaborative work culture.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Psychology, Family Business Studies, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in programme management within research institutes, think tanks, family business advisory, or non-profits.
- Strong understanding of family business governance, succession planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in business development, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent research, analytical, and content development skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is required).
