- Manage influencer partnerships from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality content and measurable results.
- Oversee influencer-generated content and ensure it aligns with brand messaging and image.
- Work closely with the content and social media teams to integrate influencer collaborations into digital campaigns.
- Manage influencer activations such as takeovers, live streams, and interactive content.
- Identify and establish partnerships beyond influencers, including brands, media outlets, and industry leaders.
- Work with PR and sponsorship teams to align influencer efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative partnership opportunities that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Track and analyze influencer campaign metrics, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media platforms.
- 5. Budgeting & Compliance
- Manage influencer marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective partnerships.
- Ensure all influencer collaborations comply with industry regulations, brand guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks related to influencer promotions.
- Plan and execute influencer-driven events, product launches, and live activations.
- Coordinate influencer participation in events, brand panels, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage influencer involvement in key marketing initiatives, PR events, and sponsorship activations.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape, digital trends, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing influencer relationships.
- Proficiency in social media analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of financial services, fintech, or trading industry is a plus
